Tradeshift support across Xmas 2013

With the holidays nearly here, we hope most of you will be taking a well-earned break some time in the next week. But if there’s one thing that’s still worth doing even when you’re technically resting, it’s taking actions to make sure you get paid.

With that in mind, our support team will continue to be available throughout the Christmas holiday for anyone with questions during that period. Of course, thanks to our new improved Tradeshift Support Center, there’s a good chance that the answer to your question may already be available, another benefit of the recently redesigned system.

We’re giving a few of the team some time off over the holidays but it shouldn’t result in any noticeable delay in hearing back from us — if we do take a little longer than usual then do please bear with us.
